Wish I could keep in mind who made them. My next, more pricey set ($400ish) lasted about three journeys. They were ballistic nylon, but the location & quality of the zippers meant they got rubbed a lot on their corners & failed quickly. The nylon itself was sturdy, but intact zippers are kind of important (the zipper pulls also came off immediately). I decided to spring for better (more pricey) luggage & researched for a long time. I expected to be impressed with this luggage after all the great reviews I read in Amazon & other places. I could not find much difference in cost among retailers, so I figured eagle creek luggage was nice to be discounted (!). I ordered sizes. came in its original packaging.
